Vacuum Forming

A vacuum formed face is a plastic face molded into a three-dimensional shape, flanged flat face or a molded embossed face. Vacuum formed faces can be used in individual channel letters or faces for internally illuminated cabinets.

Atlas Sign Company manufactures our own vacuum formed faces. All faces require a custom shaped mold. These molds are hand crafted by our experience carpenters. These molds are then placed into our vacuum form machine. The faces are then decorated and install in the appropriate cabinet.
